Lucky Chin Strap Installation Playlist

Installation is simple:

1. Feed the female side of the buckle into the side of the helmet you want your buckle on. I install it on the right. Make sure to roll the line snaps around the helmet plastic so it fits through the eyelet of the helmet. Once through, snap in the line snaps.

2. Feed the male end of the chin strap on the opposite side of the helmet, outside first with stamp facing away from helmet. Be careful when feeding the magnets through the eyelet. Then wrap the male end of the chin strap back through the square metal ring, pulling snugly against the helmet. 

3. Feed the male end of the chin strap through the male end of the buckle, around the small bar, then back through the buckle. Line up the tail end of the chin strap with placement of magnets. The chin strap can be adjusted on the fly and easily removed and put back on for cleaning in less than 20 minutes (NFPA Compliance).
